Tours can be cancelled by email or phone.

If you cancel an already confirmed booking, we charge 50% as a cancellation fee up to 72 hours before the tour.
If you cancel 72 hours, and less, before the tour starts - the full amount is charged. 

For custom tours: cancellation terms agreed in advance; design/conception fees may apply.
